Purchases and subscriptions

Refunds and billing are handled by the store you bought from — request them through Apple or Google, not from us.
Cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
Restore purchases on a new or reset device: open the paywall in the App and tap Restore purchases (sign in with the same store account you bought with).
Grading credits: a credit is only consumed when grading completes — if a grading request fails, the credit is automatically returned.

Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion): email us or see the Privacy Policy.
Parents and guardians: if you have questions about a child’s data or believe a child has provided us personal information, email info@nbl.studio and we will review and delete it as required.
